This was a highlight of our trip to New Orleans. You've got to do this tour. The guide was funny and informative. He spotted alligators, turtles and birds, and got us up close and personal with one alligator that he fed marshmallows to, petted and played with him, and then gave him a kiss! The airboat ride was fast and fun! Great time!

Really fun. Highlight of our visit to New Orleans. One tip: Make sure your sunglasses aren't breaking the seal to your ear-muffs. The airboat is REALLY loud.

An excellent trip to check out alligators. Would have been nice to see more alligators, but a great trip all the same.

This was a fantastic tour, if you are in New Orleans this is a must. Our tour guide was the best, he knew where to go and even had names for the alligators, he even had the alligators come up on the front of the boat and feed them. We also saw snakes, a lot of fish just a great day. Would do this tour again if we go back there.

Super excursion, la prise à l'hôtel avec une super guide Mme Ginnie elle connait super bien l'histoire de la nouvelle Orléans et plus parle parfaitement bien le français. A refaire sans hésiter

I loved it, although, if you would like to experience the swamps with all its creatures, I don't recommend it, for a first timer, I would definitely suggest taking the slow boat ride. Back in 2013 I had one of those sightseeing tours, the slow one and we managed to see a lot of alligators, now I came back for more adventure. The guide was so funny and all the people there very welcoming and friendly. Don't forget to hold on to your hats when taking the tour!

GREAT experience! We participated in the small airboat tour 5 people and it was fantastic. Very organized tour company. Got shuttled from our hotel in downtown New Orleans. 30 minute drive with information on N.O. shared by the driver. Enjoyed the swamp tour. Plenty of gators, turtles, raccoons, etc... Lots of fun. Would highly recommend to others.

We couldn't believe how much wildlife we saw! It was VERY windy though as you're going quite fast. For women with long hair, ensure you bring a hair tie! The tour was probably the highlight of our trip!

Efficient and punctual hotel pick-up. Billy our driver and guide was funny with helpful tips about New Orleans. Captain Sam on the Airboat was professional and knowledgeable.

This has to be the best Airboat tour (it was not just a ride). We saw and learned so much! Alligators swam right up to the boat and hung around for us to observe. When we stopped in a beautiful cove even a raccoon came out to greet. It doesn and #39;t get better than this!

Great tour -- the small airboat was perfect for our group of three. We had another family of 3 join us, and it never felt crowded. Our guide, Rennan, was personable and knowledgeable about the swamp and its animals without being overbearing. He knew the swamp in and out and took us to secluded sections of the bayou. We were the only boat there and only saw other boats when we left/returned to the dock!

The transportation from the French Quarter was easy -- we stayed at an AirBnB but picked a hotel from their pickup/drop-off points that was closeby and it worked out well.
The driver had a little tour of the city as we picked up other guests and made our way to the swamp.

Highly recommend this tour over other larger boats that are impersonal and touristy.

This was one of the best experiences of my life! It was hauntingly beautiful and so cool to see the alligators, we even got to hold a baby! Our tour guide Steve was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable and fun. We went in the morning and I highly suggest it. It and #39;s cooler and you and #39;ll see more gators.

The trip was great, but I was REALLY IRRITATED to find out that VIATOR charged me a full 29 more than had I bought tickets down there Everyone else paid 95 each. I am going to go online to notify neighbors and friends that Viator does this.

Great tour, was the highlight of our trip to New Orleans. Captain Sam was great!

Recensione di: Tim P , giugno 2016

The tour was great - Viator had everything set up and was very professional. Pick up was exactly on time - ride out to the boat was entertaining and the boat was great. Definitely better to go w/ the small boat vs the ones that hold 20 or so. Our Capt. was funny and nice and we saw a lot of gators as well as some beautiful parts of the swamp - Would Definitely Recommend!
