Although I had been to Dublin many times, I had never been outside of the city. This was a great adventure, history and absolutely beautiful countryside. The Giant's Causeway was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable along with hilarious and our bus driver navigated the narrow curvy roads with the skill of a race driver.

I took this tour and it was an extremely long day. I think when you see 13.5 hours you know it's a long time, but it doesn't hit you until you're on it how long the tour is. This tour was conducted by a woman named Kim and the bus drivers name was Syd. They both were excellent. Syd was a consummate professional and a good sport for Kim's quips about him. Kim has the lulling voice of a radio DJ and I would listen to her read the bible backwards, excellent voice. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I would possibly rework the itinerary to not make this day overly long as I felt it took away from the tour. Other then the length of day, it was a good tour.

Amazing trip. 13 hours went flying, I decided to do the taxi tour with James instead of the Titanic museum and learned so much about the history of Belfast! This trip is definitely a must! Sydney was an amazing driver and the tour guide was splendid as well!

My husband and I chose this trip for the price and sites...we are also big Game of Thrones fans so that was a huge plus. Our guide was friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. I loved that we had the freedom to choose what tours to do as well as the freedom to explore each place together rather than in a group. We are still talking about all the Irish mythology and folklore we learned on the trip. We LOVED the Fynn MaCool story! That was such a bonus since we both thought it would just be a bus ride only. The bus was clean and comfy so the drive was long but tolerable. I highly recommend this tour as the Giant's Causeway alone was enough to take our breath away...but the Carrick-a-Reed rope bridge was FUN!

Tara and Pete were great. Wonderful visit, comfortable ride. Given enough time to pick up sandwiches and drinks. Loved it

We were told to meet the bus at a Starbucks in downtown Dublin at 7 a.m. on Saturday. The Starbucks was closed, so no chance to get coffee. The bus at the curb was also full, with more people waiting, but soon another bus arrived with Sean (driver) and Tara (tour guide). The bus is advertised as a luxury coach. That is a stretch as the seats were tight and there were no tray tables or cup holders. Worse, there was no bathroom on the bus and it was a 13-hour day. We were advised to pick up lunch at the comfort stop and eat it on the bus after we left Belfast. This was awkward, to say the least, with no trays. It should be noted that Black Cab Tours don't necessarily have black vehicles and they may be old and shabby. The vehicle holds 4 or 5 passengers. In our cab, a fifth person would have to ride backwards in a fold down seat with one person in the front with the driver. Our driver was a very knowledgeable man who had lived through the violence of the 1960s and experienced the difficulties between the Protestants and the Catholics. His stories brought tears to our eyes. This was a sad start to our tour of Ireland. After Belfast we journeyed to the Giant's Causeway. This is a fascinating place with all the hexagonal rock formations. One also has the opportunity to hike the cliffs with great views of the ocean and shoreline. From there we ventured to the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, an exciting experience. Two employees at the start of the bridge encourage you and advise you to just look straight ahead, not down to the crashing waves 90 feet below. Then it was a long ride back to Dublin on the "not so luxury" coach. For those interested in history, do the Black Cab tour, otherwise go to the Titanic Museum. Our guide, Tara, talked exclusively about history. I would have liked more cultural information, what life is like now in Northern Ireland, myths, employment, education, health care, etc. For us, the highlights of the tour were the bridge and the Giant's Causeway. Both were big tourist attractions, so a lot of people.

Started quite early but well worth the long day. Belfast Black Cab tour was fascinating; our cab driver James had actually been imprisoned at the age of fourteen; his personal experience during the strife was harrowing. On to the Titanic Visitor center to meet up and head to the Carrick Rope Bridge. Awesome!! A very long walk up and down the walkways and then... what a sight to behold! Our tour guide Kim does a great job, as did our bus driver Stanley. This tour is highly recommended!
