Great locations, but really needed maps for pickup locations and getting around, especially when late at night /in the dark. Warn people with mobility about walking long distances and up steep hills. We battled a bad storm, but there were no emergency information or back-up plan.

We enjoyed the cities visited and their history and sights. Lunch was really good and the visit to the winery capped a wonderful day.

Our tour guides were good, the bus very comfortable, Tuscany views terrific, lunch good, and winery a fun, nice last stop. If you are a history buff, you won't have time on this tour to appreciate all the history there is to see. The tour is a good overview - you may want to do it all again on your own, taking your time. Monteriggioni was the first stop and slowest paced - it is so small we actually had time to look around at a leisurely pace and it was not crowded. Siena was crowded. We had a short (30min) tour from a local guide - couldn't hear her too well even though we had the headsets. Then 30-40 minutes on our own, then lunch (which was leisurely and good), then back on the bus to San Gimignano which would have been interesting to take more time to explore, but time is limited and it is also crowded. What we had time for was walking the length of it, taking in the views, hitting a few stops. Our bus had an issue, which the tour guides figured out a workaround for - kudos to them so we still had time to get to the winery which was a nice way to end the day. The winery was very nice, the wine good as well as tasting the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We bought some wine.I felt this tour was worth the price.

Fantastic tour, but too little time in San Gimignano.

This tour was great! They take you to some of the most beautiful places in Tuscany. I would’ve loved more time in Siena and San Gimignano because they are just so beautiful but for a one day tour I think they do the best with the timing. The tour guides were really warm and friendly and made the day very easy going. Lunch was simple but delicious! And the wine tasting part was fantastic!!! I would definitely recommend this tour if you don’t have the time to visit these places on your own!

There was not enough time in each stop. Our bus broke down and they had to get a new one. It took 35 minutes and they did not make up for that time - because of this the winery was rushed. The tour guides English was not great. The winery itself was amazing but wish we had more time.

This was a delightful tour, marred only by the time constraints in Siena. I would have liked to have spent another hour there.

This tour is the best way to see all of the Tuscan countryside. Every single stop had so much to do and the tour went by so fast since there was so much to do. It is a lot of walking up and down steep parts of the town. The tour guides were so accommodating and so helpful with anything we needed. The included lunch was AMAZING. We had a lovely time getting to know others on our tour! The wine tasting was the best treat we didn’t expect to get. You are put in a lovely room and taste four glasses of wine along with truffle butter and balsamic. This tour was worth every single euro and I would do the tour 20 more times if I could.

The train station was easy to navigate for pick up/drop off. The tour was great for a group that size. We got our own food in Siena which we were glad we broke from the group for a bit. The winery was a blast. San Gimignano had stunning views. Monteriggioni was a fantastic start to the day.

Don't waste your time or money on this trip. First, we couldn't find the meet up location with the poor directions that we were provided. We were also under the impression that when it said 8:45 that's when we should be there, not when the group would be leaving. So once we did finally find the location, late and drenched in the rain, we were told we missed our tour but could take the tour the next day but we would have to pay 70 of the total cost. Meaning we would have paid twice. They asked if we tried to call the office, which we did, but when we called we couldn't hear anything and then they hung up on us. Repeatedly. We had been on another tour which we booked through viator earlier in the week and had such a wonderful experience with explicit directions and times that we were shocked and dismayed when this happened with this tour. My husband eventually talked them into letting us on the tour the next day for free but only after they tried to call their office from our phone. I was almost disappointed when we finally were on the tour the next day. It was completely rushed and unenjoyable. Our tour guide mentioned that we didn't have enough time in any of the towns to really take anything in or appreciate it. I was extremely disappointed. I would rather have had lunch on our own as well. Not had to suffer through the less than wonderful food they offered. The wine tasting was hurried and frankly not very good. If you're hoping for a romantic view over Tuscany while slowly sipping on local wines you'll be sorely disappointed. I would recommend finding a tour during which you might only see one or two of these places. Then you'll have more time to enjoy.
