A good quick way to get an overview tour of London. Our guide was friendly and entertaining. Same with the guide on the Thames cruise. My only complaint would be with other passengers rushing and pushing to be first all the time. Hey, the bus isn't leaving any sooner.

It was a wonderful tour. The tour guide was funny and knowledgable. Harrods was amazing...I stayed for dinner.

The sights seen on the tour were amazing. However, the Tea itself was not. Our tea was cold, sandwiches were dry and the Clotted cream was sour, old. So not impressed.

Such a super afternoon with driver Christian and tour guide Steve Maynard. Steve was both whitty and informative all the way round and Christian expertly negotiated some last minute road closures and adapted the tour.
The river cruise was a highlight with a lovely afternoon tea gluten free was also catered for. Would highly recommed this as a good value afternoon out.

Found this trip to be very informative and a lot of fun. Adrian our tour guide was brilliant and his commentary was very enjoyable with a sense of humour ! A bit chaotic leaving the bus to board the cruise but as long as you keep up you will be fine. A very enjoyable day, thank you.

By the time we go to the bus, the top was full, and we and a few other people had to sit on the bottom. You can't see everything the tour guide is talking about or take good pictures from the bottom. The tour guide was very funny and knowledgeable. He pointed out things that we might want to go look at on our own such as London's oldest church. Out of the whole group that went on the cruise, only 5 couples paid for the afternoon tea service. Unfortunately, all of the tables are not at the windows. Most were in the middle. We had to sit in the middle so we didn't get the best pictures. Since we paid a premium price for the cruise. I would have expected a window seat. We go to sit on top of the bus on the way back but there are not very many interesting sights on the way back to the station. After the tour, we did eat at The Albert pub recommended by the guide as the best fish and chips in London. The chips are not crispy like other pubs make them that I have eaten with. The fish was very crispy on the outside but not seasoned at all.

Saturday 8th July city tour and cruise with champagne cream tea was disappointing.
The bus arrived an hour late and the time deducted from the city tour .We only saw a few London landmarks.
The cruise was pleasant.
The tour lasted just over two hours and not the four advertised.

Very much enjoyed the bus tour and the guide was entertaining and knowledgeable. However it was a special birthday celebration and attention to detail was not evident when we got on the boat trip our party of 5 had to split up as the tables were not laid out correctly - which meant my mums champagne afternoon tea was spoilt as her daughter had to sit on a different table! The other party was also a party of 5 and nothing was done to address this. In all honesty don't do the afternoon tea on the boat as it states it is an hour but it was very rushed with stale sandwiches being served. This was a shame as it was a special birthday present.
