Trip was rushed and we didn't realise that the quoted length of tour included picking up others from various hotels and dropping them off again at the end. This was very misleading. Once you take off another hour when we were dropped off at Fremont Street that didn't leave long to view the strip. Also, the only commentary the driver gave was to regail us with a story of when he was involved in a shoot out at a crossroads in Vegas - very re-assuring. As the coach had been filled to capacity this meant my husband had to be literally squashed in the middle of the back row and had no opportunity of taking photographs and I had to sit next to a stranger who had the window seat so again, I had no chance of taking photos. We only went down the strip once in one direction so I didn't even have the opportunity of possibly taking photos on the return journey. The driver drove like a maniac on the way back to the various hotels and used all the back service roads to avoid traffic but again, this meant lost photo opportunities. Very disappointing for the money paid.
Viator schaltete für den Transfer zum Flughafen Los Angeles den Dienst Super Shuttle ein. 7.30 Uhr war als Abholung vereinbart, niemand kam zum, Eingang des Metro Plaza Hotels. Die angegebene Telefonnummer: nur Anrufbeantworter. Um 7.30 Uhr hastete ich zur Metro, wo es einen Shuttle-Dienst gab. Ich kam viel zu spät zum Flughjafen. Einchecken nur mit gutem Willen, beim Boarding gab's einen Last Call für mich. Ich hatte Stress ohne Ende. Auch in San Franciscvo kam der Super Shuttle nicht. Ich erwarte, dass meine gezahlte Gebühr so bald wie möglich auf mein Konto zurückgebucht wird.
The shuttle was 45 minutes late picking me up from my hotel. Luckily I had thought way ahead just in case, so this ultimately did not affect me. Our driver made up for lateness which I know was beyond his personal control by being very switched on and efficient. Also very politically aware - especially about Australian politics - wow - which was an added bonus.
We were booked on 9am shuttle. Driver called to say was 10 15 minutes late. Called the super shuttle office twice at around 9.25 and was hung up on twice while trying to find where our transfer was. The hotel we stayed at was more helpful in tracking. Was a very stressful end to our holiday. Both transfers with this company very disappointing as our arrival transfer we were carted all over L.A. instead of direct transfer to Hollywood hotels our driver said this was common practice with Supershuttle and missed our afternoon tour that was booked. Could not recommend
Even though booking this trip with Viator, you still have to ring Supershuttle 24 hours in advance to confirm this trip and get the confirmation number, this should be advised clearly by Viator. The next problem is that the person I spoke with at Supershuttle had never heard of Viator, checked for my phone number, nane on their reservati on list but could not find it. Eventually agreed to organise collection at Hotel! My advice, book online with supershuttle direct.
We were told to be in the hotel lobby at 7am. The driver was 20 minutes late then refused to accept our electronic viewing of the payment or the booking number supplied by Super Shuttle. Another passenger was able to produce another electronic voucher which was eventually accepted. We then had to pick up another passenger and it was 7.50am before we got to the freeway to LAX. We arrived at the airport at 8.40am to get the 10am flight. Considering the reconstruction of the airport this is not acceptable practice. I won't use Super Shuttle again.
Na ida do aeroporto ao hotel ocorreu tudo bem, na VOLTA do hotel ao AEROPORTO, não foram nos BUSCAR no hotel CONFORME ENDEREÇO descrito na reserva, o recepcionista do hotel ligou no VIATOR E NO ATENDIMENTO LOCAL DA EMPRESA, que opera esse translado e diziam que esse numero de RESERVA NÃO EXISTIA, ficamos mais de 1hora tentando falar e não conseguimos, fomos obrigadas a chamar um UBER para nos levar ate o aeroporto...Bom QUERO URGENTE QUE SEJA ESTORNADO O VALOR DA VOLTA, EM MEU CARTAO DE CREDITO, pois NAÕ VOU PAGAR ALGO QUE NÃO USEI...E SE ISSO NÃO ACONTECER DE FORMA RAPIDA, TOMAREI AS MEDIDAS CABIVEIS, pois comprei esse translado para naõ ter transtorno na viagem e tive e muitooo....Obrigada aguardo um contato
