Tour di Mezza Giornata di Miami in Bus con Crociera Turistica

Hotel pickup and drop off was not included as the website mentioned. I would probably still recommend this tour for the value and convenience, but the bus tour seemed limited. Keep in mind that the tours are bilingual, so a lot of commentary time is taken up with little information. The low hanging branches in Miami area was a risk to the tourists on the top of the bus. I was hit a few times by the branches.

Tour was good, kind of disorganized at the beginning of the trip, also the Bus got late from the time where we were supposed to depart. Boat was good, despite didn't like the sort of some gifts that were more related to Time Sharing offer. But in overall was good, I could recommend to others.

The bus ride was quite boring, the only interesting part were the Art Deco buildings. Stopped at a Cuban cigar factory was totally irrelevant and the shop further down the street selling 'tat' obviously giving the tours guides commission. The boat trip extremely boring.
The boat guide sent us in the wrong direction and finally the return to hotel drop off system was absolute chaos. A wasted day.

We were told there was parking at the terminal. There wasnt. We were taken to various places and just left there. We spent more time waiting for the bus than doing any touring. Everything was late but all the tour guides were very proficient at telling us repeatedly that they accepted tips.

The best was last. We were told to be at a spot to be picked up at 6:15. We were all there prior to 6:15. The driver announced in Spanish we were not leaving until 6:30. We arrived back at the terminal after 7. The tour was supposed to be over at 6:30. Did you get it? The driver did not speak English.

We have been on many tours in many Countries all over the World. This was the worst supposed tour we have ever been on.

Tour very poor , offered many place that they didnt visit !!!! Coral Gables, Downtown, Financial District and Coconut Grove we didnt visit and they were concern about a tip !!!!!! They said to go back to the office will be every hour , we were there on time and left almost half hour later and the bus was driven with the DOOR OPEN all the way from Bayside to the office !!! In the office we were waiting for a van to take us to the hotel but th same bus and driver showed after almost 1 hour later to go around the block and back to the office to pick up more tourists !!!! I called the office and they offered to do the tours the next day ..... !!!!and I left my number for the manager to call me ,,,I am still waiting for his call today 02/28/18 . We took the tours on 02/15/18 at 9:30am . So disappointed! I will never book a tours with Viator again.

Fantastic experience. Wonderful guides with a great sense humor. This tour is really worth it. You'll get a lot for your money.

My trip was good, but not great because firstly, we left a half an hour late to start tour and was standing in the hot sun all that time waiting for the bus. Secondly, the boat tour was an hour, when indicated in tour to be hour and a half. Lastly, we were to return to hotel, where we were picked up as advertised, but was told we can walk it and with an attitude because we queried it and in front of the others there. We thought it was rude of him. We were strangers in Miami and weren't sure if we were safe walking back to the hotel even though it was near. This soured our experience. I was so excited for this tour and wanted to come home to encourage my friends and co-workers to take one, but I can't. Now my husband will not want to try any others.
