Panoramica

The best tour of the waterfalls and the tour guide was very organized. There wasn’t much info about iguazu from this specific tour , but we were always aware of our meeting points. The best part was the boat ride going into the waterfalls . We got soaked and he took us three times through these waterfalls. Other people didn’t get the boat ride , which is the highlight of our tour.

We had a blast . many people, groups choose different sections, would have been good if separate for adventure boat tour from others but the highlight other than the great views was the waterfall boat tour.. lots of fun.. and very wet! Can use Visa for gate entry but need passport ID otherwise cash

We turned up for our tour yesterday - the one connected to this link - only to discover that that particular option we had paid for had been discontinued a month ago! We were not pleased as I do not recall receiving any notification from Viator that this option had been discontinued. So we had to make a quick decision and each pay an extra 400 pesos each to go on the longer jungle come boat trip ride. The trip itself was well organized otherwise as we were collected on time and dropped off and the connections in between worked out well. The Falls themselves were spectacular and the boat trip we did get on to was great fun. It was just this set back of having a voucher for one thing only to find it had been changed to something dearer, was off putting. Luckily we had extra cash with us we could not pay with credit cards.

We were collected promptly and taken to the park to buy our tickets on a wet day in Iguacu. The falls are magnificent so even in the rain the spray makes it irrelevant that it's raining anyway so the tour is a great day out. Our guide Carlos was pretty efficient and handled Portuguese and English groups well.
The boat ride is fabulous if you are happy to get soaked. You may wear a poncho but it doesn't save you- you will get totally wet but it's fun .
A good tour if you have only a day and want to see all of the Argentinian side of the falls. The little train ride is neat and the Garganta di Diablo very impressive. You have plenty of viewing time which is the main thing

If you visit Iguazú and do not do this tour, you really will not have taken advantage of the visit.

The waterfalls are spectacular and definitely a must see. However I would not recommend this tour - I was under the impression that the boat ride would be a significant part of the tour however in reality it is a high speed boat ride that lasts less than 10 minutes....it was really fun however when we looked at the cost of the boat ride and the cost of this whole tour it seems that we paid completely over the odds. You really don't need to have a tour guide in the falls as the routes are all very obvious and tourist friendly.

It was well organized, on time and the guide was a professional who is knowledgeable and concerned about her herd of tourists.

I was very disappointed with this tour. The falls themselves are beautiful, but the tour was not. We had booked an English tour and unfortunately our tour guide spoke no English and only Spanish. I was the only member in our family who spoke some Spanish and throughout the entire tour she asked me to translate for my family which I found to be very inappropriate as we had booked an ENGLISH tour. Further, she did not give us any history or information about the falls. Also there were many people in the group who had different excursions booked so the tour guide would constantly leave to go with different groups and was not with us the entire time. It is very easy to see the falls without a tour guide as there are paths that can take you to each area and you just follow them. Do not waste your money to book a tour as the tour guide does nothing but tell you which path to walk on and rushes you with taking photos. Also we did the waterfall boat ride which was incredible and I highly recommend this. This by itself is 30USD/person and can be booked inside the park. Just follow the lower circuit path and you can buy your tickets the day of. The garganta del diablo gets busy mid day so I recommend doing this early on or later in the day.
